About Beamish Sporting Club
Beamish Sporting Club is located in natural woodland to the south of Slaley in beautiful Northumberland.
We shoot on alternate Sunday mornings commencing at 10.00am (see Fixture List ).
All are welcome – be they experienced or novice and, because we hold an exemption certificate from Northumberland Police, those who do not possess shotgun certificates can legally enjoy the experience – under strict supervision of course.
A testing 40 bird sporting layout is the norm. Clay Pigeon Shooting Association (CPSA) trained safety officers and instructors are on duty at all times. All traps are electric and remote controlled to ensure total safety.
A practice trap is available at all times.(Under Supervision)
Our reputation as an extremely friendly club is unrivaled in the area and our membership reflects not only people of all walks of life but also a multi national cross section.
