Updated 29th of April 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The shoots will take place at Winnows Hill on alternate Sundays starting <\/span>10am.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The proposed membership will be no more than 80<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The cost of membership will be \u00a345 on joining and thereafter \u00a335 per year. <\/span>Couples and over 65s pay a reduced membership<\/span>. Joining fee applies.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Junior members (under 16\u2019s) pay  reduced membership. joining fee applies. Shoots and practice will be full price for all.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The cost of each shoot will be \u00a310 per 40 bird. Flushes to be arranged on <\/span>the day. The cost of the shoot can be amended by the committee when <\/span>necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Guests will be charged an extra \u00a35 per shoot (including practice stand) <\/span>to cover insurance and use of club facilities. Proof of identity is required <\/span>prior to shooting.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. All members and guests must sign the registration book on every visit.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Members are expected to attend at least 8 shoots per year to qualify <\/span>for renewal of membership. (Extenuating circumstances can be <\/span>considered as the committee sees fit but only if direct contact is made with the committee).<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Guests will be the responsibility of the member who invites them.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Guests may only shoot under supervision of a full member. Novices may only shoot on the practice stand under the individual supervision of a committee member or club instructor.   <\/span><\/p>\n

11. All persons will allow shotgun certificates to be inspected by any <\/span>committee member at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Alcohol is not permitted on the field whilst shooting is in progress.<\/span> Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n

13. Under our tenancy agreement fibre wads only are allowed. There are<\/span> no exceptions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

14. The Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer shall form a committee and shall <\/span>have the power to fill any vacancy during their term of office. They may <\/span>also form sub-committees for specific purposes or create by-laws for the <\/span>good of the club.<\/span><\/p>\n

15. Members and guests will be expected to help set up and clear up shoots. <\/span>Everyone is expected to keep the  ground tidy at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n

16. No betting will be allowed<\/span><\/p>\n

17. No live cartridges are to be removed from the ground by those not <\/span>holding valid shotgun certificates.<\/span><\/p>\n

18. Tracer cartridges and naked flames are prohibited at Winnows Hill at all <\/span>times. During dry periods smoking is allowed only in the car park area.<\/span><\/p>\n
